This is what I cooked for the Chinese New Year's eve. Basically, what's in the earthenware pot becomes the chicken dish (braised with chestnuts). The rest are: steamed fish, sweet and sour radish salad and wokked cabbage.

Well, I was supposed to get my parents over for the CNY, but they had to postpone their trip thanks to the blizzards. So I had to spend it on my own. You think that's too much for one person? Or do you mean that's too much for a skinny person? Think again!
